Once Gemini sees your bill, you can ask it a simple question: Can you help me find a way to lower this? Gemini will look at the current plans the company offers and compare them to what you are paying. But the real magic happens when you ask it to write a script for you.
Gemini can generate a polite but firm script that you can read over the phone or paste into a customer service chat box. It will use phrases that customer service agents are trained to respond to, like mentioning a competitor’s lower price or asking for the retention department. It takes the guesswork out of the conversation. Instead of stuttering through a phone call, you are just reading a letter written by an expert negotiator.
Using AI this way is like having a personal financial advisor who never gets tired. It helps you keep more of your hard-earned money without the stress of doing the research yourself.
